INGREDIENTS
- Rojo’s Mexican Street Corn Dip
- Spicy Classic BBQ Sauce
- Honey Hog Seasoning
- Pulled Rotisserie Chicken
- Shredded Mozzarella
- Shredded Provolone
- Sliced Scamorza cheese
- 26-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano
- Detroit Style Pizza Dough
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
TOOLS
- Cake Pan or Detroit-Style Pizza Pan
- Spatula
DIRECTIONS
- Position the rack in the middle of the oven and set the temperature to the highest setting – 500-550 degrees.
- Pour the olive oil in a large, square metal cake pan (or Detroit-style pizza pan).
- Put the Pizza Dough in the pan and gently stretch it out to fit so the dough reaches the corners.
- Layer the ingredients on the dough starting with the BBQ Sauce, chicken and Rojo’s Mexican Street Corn Dip, followed by seasonings and then mozzarella and provolone cheeses. Layer the Scamorza and Parmigiano cheeses last.
- Bake in the ultra-hot oven until bubbly and golden and a crispy cheese crust has formed, 10 to 15 minutes. Using a spatula, loosen up the edges and place on a cutting board.
- Drizzle more BBQ sauce on top and serve!
