Pineapple Jalapeño Hawaiian Pizza

INGREDIENTS
- Pre-made Pizza Dough
- Rojo’s Pineapple Jalapeño Dip
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- ¾ cup pizza sauce
- ½ cup cubed prosciutto
- ½ cup cubed pineapple
- Fresh basil
- Sliced jalapeños
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS
Step 1 – Roll Out the Dough
Preheat the oven to 500°F. Lightly dust flour onto a surface and roll out the dough into a thin circle, while keeping the crust about ½ inch thick.
Step 2 – Make the Pizza
Place the dough onto a pizza pan and add about 3 large scoops of Rojo’s Pineapple Jalapeno Dip and spread it thin over the dough. Next, layer on the pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella, prosciutto, pineapple, and thinly sliced jalapeño slices. Brush the crust with vegetable oil and bake in the oven at 500°F for 12-15 minutes or until the crust and cheese turn golden brown.
Step 3 – Serve
Garnish with freshly chopped basil and cut into slices. And extra Rojo’s Pineapple Jalapeño Dip on each bite. Enjoy!
