Street Corn Bread
Ingredients:
• 1 11oz Rojo’s Street Corn Dip
• 2 cups canned corn (drained)
• 1 cup corn meal
• 1 cup flour
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ cup butter (melted)
• 2 eggs
• ½ cup milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375˚.
In a medium bowl, combine corn meal, flour and salt. Mix in butter, eggs, milk, Rojo’s® Street Corn Dip, and corn into flour mixture.
Grease and flour bottom of 14-inch glass pan. Spread mixture evenly into pan.
Bake for 50-60 min or until done. Serve.
